Michael Haas,
Principal
Prior to Our Marketing Works, Michael was a Vice President of
Direct Marketing and Advertising for a leading life insurance
company. Michael has been recognized in the industry for his
outstanding direct marketing knowledge and has been nominated for
numerous awards including Direct Marketer of the Year by the Direct
Marketing Association.
Michael belongs and particpates to many leading marketing
associations including the Direct Marketing Association, Chicago
Marketing Association and the Electronic Retail Association. He
holds a BBA in finance and economics, and a MBA with a
concentration in marketing, both from Loyola University of
Chicago.
Michael has over 22 years of experience in direct response
marketing, from both the client and agency side. He has in-depth
knowledge of what it takes to make a marketing campaign succeed.
Michael has provided turnkey marketing services to organizations in
financial services, insurance, product, food and storage solutions
to name a few.

Brian
Emmett, Principal
Brian has solid results-oriented experience in direct to
consumer marketing, developing campaigns from inception to
completion through results reporting. Brian is also member to the
nations leading marketing associations and has particpated on many
committees helping increase the awareness and retention for the
various chapters. He holds a BA in liberal arts and an MBA from
Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Brian has worked in the direct response industry for nearly 12
years. Prior to Our Marketing Works, Brian held senior marketing
positions in the collectibles industry, P & C and life
insurance sectors.

Rose McCue,
Director of Creative Services Direct Response
Rose McCue has been producing winning direct response creative
for 25+ years. She has established numerous long-running controls
across all media --TV, Radio, direct mail and space.
Her body of work includes campaigns for: The American Red Cross,
AARP, Select Comfort (The Sleep Number Bed) Hoveround, The Scooter
Store, MetLife, 21st Century/AIG, AEGON, Colonial Penn, Guarantee
Trust Life, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Allstate Motor Club, AARP
Motoring Plan, The American College of Physicians, numerous
bank/credit card companies, as well as national consumer brands and
ad agencies.
Rose has written TV scripts for numerous celebrity spokespeople
including Barbara Eden, Alex Trebek, Joe Theismann, and Rush
Limbaugh. Awards include a Benny Award for the "I GIVE LIFE"
campaign for the American Red Cross. She has recently established
breakthrough winners for several of her clients including AIG, 21st
Century, American College of Physicians (ACP), The SCOOTER Store
and Guarantee Trust Life.

Christian
Calderon, Director of Television Commercial production
With 25 years of experience in commercial production and media
(both Direct Response Hispanic as well as Branding), Christian has
produced and directed over 200 long and short form commercials for
Hispanic and general markets.
His exceptional quality of work has helped many clients
successfully market their brand and services including: Allstate
Motor Club, Bacardi, Disney, Lexicon Marketing LLC. , Nestle,
Olympia Cookware, and Southern California Ford to name a few.
Christian is fluent in Spanish and has a Bachelors of Arts in
Communication from California State University. Christian Calderon
is an integral part of Our Marketing Works Team when it comes to
the nuances of developing unique and innovative strategies for
emerging markets and viral media campaigns.

Jon Singer, Director of
Digital and Internet Services
Jon has guided clients through the entire online marketing
process, from creating websites to continued promotion off-site
using search engine optimization, e-marketing and database
management, pay per click advertising management and social media
marketing. He holds a BA in Visual Communications from Judson
University in Elgin, Illinois. Jon has worked in marketing, media
and advertising since 1998. After roles in graphic design and
writing, Jon committed to full-time web design and marketing in
2005.

Jan Lohs, Director of
Research and Analytics
Jan is expert in bringing a rich understanding of client
companies' target audiences - whether consumer, B2B
or medical. Jan uses focus groups, depth interviews, and
ethnographies adapted to each company's specific needs.
Whether the research goal is providing direction for
developing
powerful marketing messages or for profitable strategic
planning,
Jan's 25-year experience with a wide range of companies, from
Fortune 100 to mid-sized to small, helps her generate
insights
that matter.

Lisa Shea, Director of
Client Services
Lisa is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a
bachelors degree in Business Management and received her masters
degree in Human Resources from National-Louis University. Lisa
plays an integral role in Our Marketing Works operations and client
services. Formerly, Lisa has held senior positions in Human
Resource Management, sales and customer relations. Lisa also
provides counsel with Hispanic marketing and can assist with
translation and trans-creating of products and services geared
towards the general market into national Hispanic campaigns.
